Is it safe for you to go all day without taking care of your hygiene?

While it may not be safe, for only a day you can still survive without taking care of your hygiene. This is especially visible especially in a time of natural disaster in which the body is in the instinct of survival, in which it would shut off "unnecessary" body activities to keep the core alive. So yes, you can be "safe" for going one day without taking care of your hygiene, though it may not be suitable, or suggested.
