There are many ways to incorporate these things into your daily routine, but some good ways are: Taking a jog, dancing to music, maybe take about 10 minutes to exercise a bit with just yourself or use weights, make sure to stretch when you wake up. These are just some ways to incorporate those things into your daily routine. I hope this answer helps! :)

When transferring to the floor using crutches, how should the patient lower his body?
kolbaska11 [484]

Answer:

B.

Explanation:

When standing up straight, the top of your crutches should be about 1-2 inches below your armpits.

The handgrips of the crutches should be even with the top of your hip line.

Your elbows should be slightly bent when you hold the handgrips.

To avoid damage to the nerves and blood vessels in your armpits, your weight should rest on your hands, not on the underarm supports.
