Answer:

Explanation:

First, the carbon moves from the atmosphere to plants. Then, the carbon moves from plants to animals. Next, the carbon moves from plants and animals to soils. After that, the carbon moves from the soil to the atmosphere through nitrification. Elsewhere, the carbon moves from fossil fuels to the atmosphere when fuels are burned. Lastly, the carbon moves from the atmosphere to the oceans.

Methionine is a type of essential Amino acids that is found in eukaryotic animals.

It help in metabolism and health in species of animals.

Eukaryotic animals have tRNA that help to recognise the start of codons and it insert methionine and making it the first Amino acids.

How does crossing over in meiosis result in genetic variation?
Aneli [31]

Cross over is the first way genes are shuffled to give rise to genetic diversity. Cross over takes place in sexual reproduction. The normal way that cross over occurs is chromosomes line up side by side and break off pieces of themselves, then trade those pieces with each other.

If they break the pieces at the same locus in the sequence of base pairs, the result is an exchange of genes called genetic recombination and it ensures that the daughter cells produced have a different genetic makeup from the parent cell and thus diversity occurs.

Shalnov [3]
A. Stimulus is the term used to describe what causes organisms to react to their environment. Stimulus is something that can provoke organisms to respond to the world around them. For example, if you put your hand on the stove, the stove is going to be the stimulus for you to get burned and move your hand from it because it will be to hot - that is going to be your reaction to the stimulus. Camouflage is a type of hiding mechanism, parasites are organisms, and homeostasis is equilibrium in an organism.

On-center cells: A. are excited by light that falls in the periphery of their receptive field. B. are excited by light that fall
Elena L [17]

Answer: B) are excited by light that falls in the center of their receptive field.

Explanation:

There are two types of bipolar cells present in the retina which are differentiated on the way the centres of their receptive fields respond to light. The names of bipolar cells are ON-centre and OFF-centre.

If a light fall at the centre of the receptive field of a bipolar cell, it will experience an exciting effect on that cell, resulting in it being depolarized, it is an ON-center cell.

Hence, the correct option is B.
