This is what you do.
(3)^(-9+7)= (3)^(-2)
= (1/3)^2
=1/9
C. in^3 because is you describe the amount of something then you are finding out what the volume is.
You would have to divide 7.47 with 3 which would get you 2.49..you would double that and your answer would be 4.98.
