how can you find the common denominator and least commom denominator?? Help and thx i accedentaly clicked on the wrong subject
Marianna [84]

Common denominator - Find the Least Common Multiple of the denominators (which is called the Least Common Denominator).

Change each fraction (using equivalent fractions) to make their denominators the same as the least common denominator.

Then add (or subtract) the fractions, as we wish!

Least common denominator - You do the same thing for the common denominator

How does an increase in reactant concentration affect the rate of reaction?
Trava [24]
Option A is the correct option.

In terms of the collision theory, increasing the concentration of a reactant increases in the number of collisions between the reacting species per second and therefore increases the reaction rate.
