Does anyone else deal with anxiety? Sometimes I don't know how to deal with it, so I just bottle it up. Can anyone help?

Answer:

I've never dealt with major anxiety but I have mild anxiety and depression I try to like draw listen to music or read and that just helps to shew the anxiety or depression away for a while maybe one or two days... hope this helps!

all you have to do is find something you love, do it and try to just clear your mind! try painting, or writing your thoughts down, or even just taking a walk can help!
