rusak2 [61]

Answer:

The total number of people at the stadium is 5,500

Step-by-step explanation:

2% of the fans in attendance were teenagers

if there were 110 teenagers at the football stadium

what is the total number of people at the stadium?

Let x = total number of people at the stadium

2% of x = 110

2/100 * x = 110

0.02x = 110

Divide both sides by 0.02

x = 110 / 0.02

= 5,500

x = 5,500

The total number of people at the stadium is 5,500

Three ounces of cinnamon cost 2.40. If there are 16 ounces in 1 pound, how much does cinnamon cost per pound?
BartSMP [9]
To find how much cinnamon per pound you first divide the $2.40 by the 3 oz to find how much per ounce...so $2.40/3 = 80 cents. Then u multiply that by the 16 oz to get the amount for 1 pound...so .80x16= $12.80 per pound.
Hope it helps!

Step-by-step explanation:

The guy above is wrong, the second one is right, I took the assignment.

The guy above is right for the answer on number eight though because there are two of these types of questions asked on this same assignment. I think he got the two questions mixed up, but for question eight he is right, but for question five the second graph is the correct answer.
