Explanation:

Freezing is the process that causes a substance to change from a liquid to a solid. Freezing occurs when the molecules of a liquid slow down enough that their attractions cause them to arrange themselves into fixed positions as a solid.

When freezing a substance if the substance has successfully frozen , then the atoms in the substance won’t change in mass or have any chemical reactions since freezing is a physical change and the ratio of mass of atoms are in a fixed ratio . Nothing actually happens to the atoms I think .

If an acid has a ka=1.6x10^-10, what is the acidity of the solution?
LUCKY_DIMON [66]
The information given in the question is not enough to determine the acidity of the solution. This is because, acidity can only be found with the equation: pH = -log [H+].
In order to determine the acidity of the solution, the half titration point value is needed, this will make it possible to determine the value of H30+. If the half point titration value is known, then Ka will be equivalent to pH and the value will be evaluated using the equation: - log (1.6 * 10^-10).

Calculate the volume of a box, in cubic centimeters, which is 423 cm long, 12 cm wide, and 25 cm high. Report your answer with c
liq [111]

Answer:

130,000 cubic centimeters

Explanation:

The volume of a box is its length multiplied by its width multiplied by its height (lwh). 423 times 12 times 25 is 126,900. When multiplying, the number of significant figures is the same as the number with the least number of significant figures. The correct number of significant figures in this example is 2, so 126,900 would need to round up to 130,000 in order to have 2 significant figures.
