Parenthesis Simplification
$3h = 2 -3h-10$
Re-write equation
$3h = 2-10-3h$
Subtract
$3h = -8-3h$
Add 3h to both sides of the equation to take away the "- 3h"
$3h+3h = -8-3h+3h$
Simplify
$6h = -8$
Divide?
$3h = -4$
Then what?

Now,

Divide both sides with $3$

$3h \div 3 = -4 \div 3$

$h = -1.333...$
