Th factors that can lead to an increase in substance abuse in schools include :

1. Inability to cope with school work : if a student is finding it difficult to cope in school, for example, the learner is having problems concentrating or staying awake to study, the student might begin to abuse substances that the learner thinks would help increase concentration.

3. Mental illness : if a learner is depressed or has a form of mental illness, the learner might begin to abuse substances with the hope that they can make them feel better.

4. Family troubles : Troubles at home can lead to an increase in substance abuse. For example, if a loved one is very sick, a student might turn to abusing substances to help deal with the stress and anxiety.

When you were young, you had a dream about falling down into a ravine. years later you are mistakenly convinced that as a child
Archy [21]
This can be explained by Source Monitoring Error. This is a memory error and occurs when we attribute a memory to a wrong source or situation. In this case, the memory of what is dreamed is mistakenly attributed to a situation actually experienced. This memory error is very common and it often happens from childhood memories.

According to Sara Dickey, a. class status in India is an individual achievement b. class status is a consequence of choices made
In-s [12.5K]

Answer:

a. class status in India is an individual achievement

Explanation:

She observed that In India, the class status is divided based on the occupation that the people held. The social class in India is divided into 4 classes. The lowest class is held by the servants, the third lowest cast is held by traders/merchants, the second highest cast is held by the warriors and rulers, and the highest class is held by intellectuals and religious leaders.

Since people's occupation can changed based on their efforts , she argued that class status in India could be considered an individual achievement/.

A dialogue between andrew jackson and fredrick douglass
Mekhanik [1.2K]
 This is a toughie.
Where the two would disagree: Clay was a whig, a sort of father figure to whigs and even Republicans like A. Lincoln. (Once the Repub party was formed, abt 1856, it included many Whigs) Generally whigs believed in expansion of fed power to include projects such as canals and road building; in other words, infrastructure. Democrats like Jackson were opposed to Fed power. jackson didn't even believe the Fed gov had a right to build state roads. And he was adamantly opposed to the Fed Bank.

However, both were pro Union and worked to defeat state rights and even secession when it threatened. Jackson opposed South Carolina and its efforts at nullification. And Clay was known as the Great Compromiser, instrumental in keeping the South from seceeding. The Compromise of 1850 was one of his main triumphs: this at least put off the Civil War for a decade. So both AJ and HC were Southerners who were pro union.

Thus you'd want to made their dialog include where they agreed and disagreed.
