Rise over Run is what Slope is. So basically we look at it and go how do we get from -6 to -3? Well you add 3, so thats your top number. We look at the bottom of the fractions now. We use the same thought process. How do you get from 14 to 9? Subtract 5. So our slope is 3/-5. Hope this helps
