Answer:

(8,1)

Step-by-step explanation:

Use the midpoint formula!

Midpoint formula: (x_{m}, y_{m}) = (\frac{x_{1}+x_{2}}{2}, \frac{y_{1}+y_{2}}{2})

(what does it mean? The m's mean midpoint, then you are finding the middle of the line. That took me forever to type bahaha)

(x_{m}, y_{m}) = (\frac{-14 - 2}{2}, \frac{3 -1 }{2})

(x_{m}, y_{m}) = (\frac{-16}{2}, \frac{2}{2})

(x_{m}, y_{m}) = (8, 1)

Midpoint = (8,1)

Find the value of x PLEASE EXPLAIN
Wewaii [24]

Answer:

x = 57, x = 111

Step-by-step explanation:

The sum of the 3 angles in a triangle = 180°

Sum the 3 angles and equate to 180, that is

x + 67 + 56 = 180

x + 123 = 180 ( subtract 123 from both sides )

x = 57

---------------------------------------------------------------------

Similarly

x + 47 + 22 = 180

x + 69 = 180 ( subtract 69 from both sides )

x = 111

Please can anyone help what is AC
Nesterboy [21]

The answer is C.

You need you use Pythagoras theorem 2 times to have 2 equations with the same sides i.e. for example a2 + b2 = 81 and a2 - b2 = 9.

You can do it as you have different triangles but with the same sides.
