Answer:

Pythagorean Theorem: C²= a²+b²

a²+b²=c²

C is the longest line of a right angled triangle and a and b are the other two. If you have "a" and "c", but need to find b. You need to sqaure a and then subtract that from c². Then you have b

An Exponent is any example of ². When a small number is above another number. You multiple the "original" number x amount of time. Ex. 3³ 3*3*3

Bedmas is another way of saying "order of operation". Its the order that you calculate functions. It is calculated in this order:  Brackets, Exponents, Division/Multiplication, Addition/Subtraction.

I attached an example of Mean, Median, Mode, and Range.

Area: Area is the total space that a 2D object covers. And to calculate it we have to multiply the length of two sides that share a corner. For example, if we have a rectangle that the length of one side is equal to 3cm and the second side is equal to 5cm. Then we multiply them together to get the area. 3*5=15

Perimeter: The perimeter is the "outline" of a 2D shape. To calculate the perimeter we have to add all the sides together.

Find the solution to the equations. Will Mark Brainliest
vova2212 [387]

Answer:

(- 1, 1 )

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the 2 equations

2x - y = - 3 → (1)

x + y = 0 → (2)

Adding the 2 equations term by term will eliminate the term in y, that is

3x = - 3 ( divide both sides by 3 )

x = - 1

Substitute x = - 1 into either of the 2 equations and solve for y

Substituting into (2)

- 1 + y = 0 ( add 1 to both sides )

y = 1

Solution is (- 1, 1 )

When no more than 110 units are produced, the cost of producing y units is given by C(x).
Maslowich

Producing 73.8 units gives the lowest possible average cost.

The average cost (AC) is the ratio of the total cost to the number of units produced. It is given by:

AC = C(x) / x

AC = (0.2x³ – 24x² + 1514x +30064) / x

AC = 0.2x² - 24x + 1514 + 30064/x

The lowest possible average cost is at AC' = 0. Hence differentiating the average cost, gives:

AC' = 0.4x - 24 - 30064/x²

0.4x - 24 - 30064/x² = 0

0.4x³ - 24x² - 30064 = 0

Solving the cubic polynomial gives:

x = 73.8 units

Therefore the lowest possible average cost is when 73.8 units are produced.
