The government system practiced by South Korea reflects the principle of separation of powers.

Modern democracy is widely practiced by countries all around the globe because of the citizen need for freedom to live in general.

  • The Separation of power is seen as a technique in this system which limit one branch of government from exercising the core functions of another.

  • This "term" divided and states clearly the government responsibilities into distinct branches.

In conclusion, the Separation of power helps the three arm of government (<em>Legislative, Executive and Judiciary</em>) to have a distinct idea of their responsibility in the democratic system.
