GUYSS HELPP!! I already did the sketching so help me graph the units for distance and time! 1st photo: Pusheen ran out of her fr

ont door, then slipped and fell. She got up and walked the rest of the way to the catnip patch down the block. 2nd photo: Terrence cycled rapidly down the hill that starts at his house. He then slowed down as he climbed up the other side towards the candy store.

Step-by-step explanation:

what you drew (so, you must have the numbers already, otherwise, how did you draw the graphs ?) :

Pusheen ran one unit of distance for one unit of time.

that is from the origin (0, 0) to (1, 1).

then she fell, stayed stationary and needed one unit of time to get back up. point (2, 1).

from there she walked for 3 units of time one more unit of distance - to point (5, 2)

Terrence cycled first for 2 units of time 2 units of distance.

that is from the origin (0, 0) to (2, 2).

then he cycled uphill for 2 more units of time one more unit of distance to point (4, 3).

I am not sure what was the problem (again, after you drew the graphs already). I hope this helps you in some way.

Pls help me with the inverse operation of this problem. Best answer gets brainliest
timurjin [86]

Answer:

x=7

Step-by-step explanation:

I believe we are solving for x. In that case, let us start by moving 1 to the other side.

\frac{4(x+3)}{5} = 8

Now, we want to get rid of that denominator of 5. Let us multiply both sides by 5:

4(x+3)=40

Now, we may divide both sides by 4 to get rid of the coefficiant:

x+3=10

When we subtract both sides by 3, we get

x=7

I hope this helps! :)
