What you have to do for this is set a timer for 10 seconds, and count how many beats were in your pulse. (I find it easier us use my neck to find a pulse).
Then multiply your number of pulses by ten to find the beats per minute

The first one, you measure your pils while sitting, on the second, you run in place for about thirty seconds, and then measure your pulse. For the last, you just find the percentages of your max heart rate, and there ya go!

I can’t find the the answers for you, because you heart rate might be different, but the average maximum heart rate is 220 - your age(cubed)
