The American Heart Association’s dietary guidelines:
Luden [163]

Answer:

here are some of the AHA dietry guidlines

Explanation:

Eat a variety of fruit and vegetable servings every day. Dark green, deep orange, or yellow fruits and vegetables are especially nutritious. Examples include spinach, carrots, peaches, and berries.

Eat a variety of grain products every day. Include whole-grain foods that have lots of fiber and nutrients. Examples of whole grains include oats, whole wheat bread, and brown rice.

Eat fish at least 2 times each week. Oily fish, which contain omega-3 fatty acids, are best for your heart. These fish include tuna, salmon, mackerel, lake trout, herring, and sardines.

Stay at a healthy weight by balancing the amount of calories you eat with the activity you do every day. If you want to lose weight, increase your activity level to burn more calories than you eat.

Eat foods low in saturated fat and trans fat . Try to choose the following foods:

Lean meats and meat alternatives like beans or tofu

Fish, vegetables, beans, and nuts

Nonfat and low-fat dairy products

Polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fats, like canola and olive oils, to replace saturated fats, such as butter

6. The temperature of the fridge doesn’t matter true/false

7. It’s fine if you place cooked food on a plate that previously had raw meat on it.

This is how I did mines.

SO, all what your doing is to just make a quiz with true/false then on the next page it should be an answer sheet for the quiz you made. and just put the correct answers their. ; ) Hope this helps!

Here's is how mines look: False, Salmonella comes from contaminated water, and kitchen surfaces.

2. False, There are 4 simple steps to food safety and they are, wash your hands, don’t cross contaminate things, cook food properly and refrigerate things properly.

3. True

4. False, YOU have to wash your hands, if not then you could get sick. Who knows where your pets been?

5. False, it is a BIG deal because there’s probably dirty traces of other foods, and probably not aware of it.  Even though you clean the counter it’s still not best to put foods on the counter.

6. False, the temperature of the fridge matters always, you wat to make sure your foods you have in there aren’t spoiling, so make sure you check every time to make sure that it’s on the right temperature.

7. FALSE, this is a BIG NO NO you should NEVER EVER think about doing that, it will cause a lot of germs to your food, NOT only that! It also causes sickness, diseases, and food poisoning.

SO I made my quiz short with only 7 questions and 7 answers instead of 10. ;)

Good Luck!
