Compare the benefits and drawbacks of working out at fitness centers versus working out at home when it comes to amenities, cost
Ket [755]
While when you use a fitness center, you have access to more machines, and more resources, when at home, you are more likely to have the amenities you would like, and more focus on your exercise, and less on others. As far as cost, if you are looking to buy machines, then it would be much cheaper to go to a fitness center, but if you are looking to do exercises with items you may already have, or other cheap items, then it would, in that case be more cost effective to work out at home.
