BLEEDING occurs when there is a cut or tear of a blood vessel either within or outside the body. This is usually caused by an accident or a symptom to a disease. The severity of the bleeding depends on the type which includes:

--> Arterial bleeding (usually severe when it occurs)

As a professional medical assistant I perceive that when a bleeding patient is left untreated, such an individual is likely to enter a type of shock called HYPOVOLEMIC SHOCK and die. Hypovolemic shock is an emergency situation that occurs due to loss of blood and fluid. From the clinical features of the patient ( looking pale) an immediate treatment is needed. I would take the following immediate actions:

Initial Enrollment Period (IEP) is the time period in which  a person is qualified for medicare which is the first of the month after the month in which the person submit his or her enrollment form.

Their is the penalty for a person who enrolled late as such person will be charged an amount which will be added to the person drug medicare coverage.

Such a person shall continue to pay the penalty charges as long as the person still makes use of the drug medicare coverage.

Their is also a special enrollment time period for  people who misplaced or lose  their insurance coverage as it allowed them to modify their drug medicare coverage.
