Try to set a good example by having good and positive attitude.

respect and be honest to everyone.

follow the school rules and tell the students to follow it if they are not.

be there for any work that has to be done by the prefect.

be approachable to the students.

also be a good communicator so that if the students have any problems, they can approach me.
