Answer:

1.Where is blue made?

ans-Types. Blue pigments were originally made from minerals such as lapis lazuli, cobalt and azurite, and blue dyes were made from plants; usually woad in Europe, and Indigofera tinctoria, or true indigo, in Asia and Africa. Today most blue pigments and dyes are made by a chemical process.

2.what does bile do?

ans-Bile is a fluid that is made and released by the liver and stored in the gallbladder. Bile helps with digestion. It breaks down fats into fatty acids, which can be taken into the body by the digestive tract.

3. What is duodenum

The duodenum is the first part of the small intestine. It is located between the stomach and the middle part of the small intestine, or jejunum. After foods mix with stomach acid, they move into the duodenum, where they mix with bile from the gallbladder and digestive juices from the pancreas

Answer:

Answer given

Explanation:

1. Bile is produced by the liver and stored in gall bladder.

Bile is an emulsifier i.e. bile helps digestive enzymes to digest fat.

2. Duodenum is the first part of the small intestine. After the food mixes with acids present in the stomach, they move to duodenum where they mix with bile from the gallbladder and digestive juice from the pancreas.

A particular sample of pure iron requires 0.612 kJ of energy to raise its temperature from 30.°C to 51°C. What must be the mass
mixas84 [53]

Answer:

m = 65.637 g

Explanation:

Heat = 0.612 kJ = 612 J ( Converting to J by multiplying by 1000)

Initial Temperature =  30.°C

Final Temperature = 51°C

Temperature change = Final Temperature - Initial Temperature = 51 - 30 = 21°C

Mass = ?

The relationship between these quantities is given by the equation;

H = mCΔT

where c = 0.444 J/g°C

Inserting the values in the equation;

612 = m *  0.444 * 21

m = 612 / (0.444 * 21)

m = 65.637 g

How many neutrons in an atom of 30p? O a. 17 O b. 30.974 O c. 15 O d. 14 O e. 16
jeyben [28]

Answer:

The correct option is: c. 15

Explanation:

Phosphorous is a chemical element which belongs to the group 15 of the periodic table and has atomic number 15. It is a highly reactive non-metal of the p-group.

Since, atomic number of an atom is the number of electrons and number of protons for neutral atoms.

So, the number of protons = number of electrons = 15

The atomic mass is obtained by adding the number of neutrons and the protons.

So, number of neutrons + number of protons = 30

So, number of neutrons + 15 = 30

Therefore, the number of neutrons in ³⁰P = 15
