Examine the droppler effect illustration above. Assume the red dot is a police car with its siren on. Which direction is the pol
Vikki [24]

Something is missing in question. But I will try to explain you about Doppler effect to reach your answer.

Answer:

 • It is defined as "an increase in the frequency of sound, light or other waves as the source or observer moves towards each other".
 • This effect causes the sudden change in pitch noticeable in passing siren.
 • You hear a siren from a few blocks away. The source is a police car that is racing in your direction. As the car approaches, zooms past you, and then speeds off into the distance, the sound of its siren keeps changing in pitch. First the siren gets higher in pitch, and then it suddenly gets lower.

A longitudinal wave moves energy that is to the direction of the wave’s movement.
hoa [83]

Answer:

In longitudinal waves, the displacement of the medium is in the same direction as, or the opposite direction to, the direction of propagation of the wave. Mechanical longitudinal waves are also called compressional or compression waves because they produce compression and rarefaction of a medium when traveling through the medium. They are also called pressure waves, because they produce increases and decreases in pressure of the medium. Sound waves is an example of longitudinal wave.

Predict the change that must occur in the electron configuration, if each of the following atoms is to achieve a noble gas confi
Butoxors [25]
If it gains three electrons then it means it's a negative 3 because when it's positively charged then you lose electrons but when it's negatively charged then you gain electrons. It's reversed. Electron Configuration would be 1s2, 2s2, 2p3 that's without gaining the three electrons. With it is 1s2, 2s2, 2p6 which means that the Noble Gas is Neon.
