Well, addiction is a very diffucult situation, and very hard to quit. Adi Jeff has studied about the addictions and he has found that addiction is simply something that they do or want just because it makes them feel good. If you do something that makes you feel good, like chewing gum, it is hard to stop, even though gum is not elagle. So it would be very hard for recovery because they dont want to stop what they like and it has become a habbit.

Maybe because you had something that a bit of caffeine or sugar in it. You can dim your lights and try to read and then maybe you will fall asleep.
