i)Protects body againts diseases
ii)Reduce the risk of heart diseases
iii)Prevent obesity
iv)To build a sound body
v)To increase metabolism

To effectively lose weight we should eat a balanced diet.But we can add more fruits and vegetables. We can also excersise daily or go to the gym.

2)The reason to go on a diet is that the person has exceeded his weight limit.

3)2k calories of sugar and fatty foods is less healthy compare to 2k of well-balanced diet.Because high fat and sugar my cause heart disease.

5)Too skiny, need to gain more weight ^_^

6)BMI charts my not be correct is because if you are skinny and short the index may show that you are healthy.

7)Order different varieties of salads and high protein but less fatty foods.
