It can affect your mental health in so many different ways because if you have a not normal bond with somebody your mind is going to constantly put you into a negative area and you have to deal with that every day and that’s not good and when you’re being forced to live with someone you hate it brings your motivation and your self-esteem down every day which also brings your mental health down and when you’re being forced to live with someone you hate your not your self and you’re not your every day happy.

If you are wearing clothes everyone else is wearing that's a sign. Many people just want to fit in. Since younger people's brains are not fully developed that are looking up to those social media icons. That's why posting things doesn't just affect you it also affects other people.
