Listening to music clams people down because of the function of the body. When someone hears music there heart and pulse rate are slow.Try it when your like all stressed out feel your heart when your stressed your heart might be pounding a little harder than usually then put some music then your will be happy and feel your heart slowing down.That is how music helps people be relax and probably wanting to go asleep :)
