PCB means ( Physics, Chemistry, Biology and non-math ) and PCM means ( Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and non-biology )

PCB is good for medical and para-medical. You can also go for bsc in therapy if you choose PCB then you are eligible for medical examination such as NEET and in other hand, PCM is good for engineering and technology, computer science, coding, data scientist and website development with the PCM you are eligible for IIT-JEE examination.

Both PCB and PCM are good replacement careers. ( This will be applied for choosing PCB or PCM when you are for the admission in 11th class just after finishing your 10th class )
