He, ne , Ar - Noble gas elements have the highest ionization energy,
while francium (87) has the lowest ionization energy because it is so far from helium, in short atom near to helium has higher ionization energy and the atom who is far away from helium have low ionization energy.

Answer:

As has more ionization energy.

Explanation:

Ga is the element of forth period and 13 group.

The electronic configuration is -

1s^22s^22p^63s^23p^63d^{10}4s^24p^1

As is the element of forth period and 15 group.

The electronic configuration is -

1s^22s^22p^63s^23p^63d^{10}4s^24p^3

Since, As is half filled in 4p orbital it is more stable. Hence, more energy is required to knock out the valence electron.

Hence, As has more ionization energy.

What point does the ammonium ions act as a buffer solution? Please this is driving me insane.
Shalnov [3]

Answer:

Explanation:The buffer is a mixture of ammonia (NH3) and ammonium (NH4+). ... Since ammonia (NH3) is a weak base, it will have a pH above 7 and since ammonium (NH4+) is a weak acid, it will have a pH below 7. Ammonia (NH3) is a weak base and ammonium (NH4+) is a weak acid. Ammonia (NH3) is the conjugate base of ammonium (NH4+).
