It is important for the health of any human being to be always well with their hygiene. Good hygiene protects human health and knowing that your health is protected is synonymous with a willingness to work safely and effectively.
Hygiene consists of habits that cause cleanliness of the environment and the body, thus preventing the proliferation of unwanted microorganisms that can cause health problems, and a clean environment is always pleasant.
Accordingly, we can say that two strong reasons for using good hygiene practices are: keeping the environment clean and preventing infectious and communicable diseases.
Make a habit of doing something very hard so let’s say in a gym the first day u push ur self to do 30 reps then the next following days u do 20 and u make ur self push through them cause u know u have done more before
