The addition of vegetable, brown bread and fruits to all the three lunch is the best choice for the health.

In order to avoid heart disease, the best choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is the addition of vegetable and brown bread because vegetable and brown bread has large amount of fibers which can't be digested by the stomach but provides the sense of appetite.

The presence of fibers in food has a very good effect on the health. The person also add fruits to his diet which keep the health of an individual healthy and fit so we can conclude that the addition of vegetable, brown bread and fruits to all the three lunch is the best choice for the health.

Nurse

A licensed health-care professional with expertise in promoting and maintaining health, who works independently or under the direction of a doctor, surgeon, or dentist is referred to as a nurse. This individual specifically provides care for the sick or infirm. Registered Nurses (RNs) provide and oversee patient care, inform the public about various health issues, counsel patients and their families, and offer emotional support. The majority of registered nurses collaborate in teams in a variety of settings with doctors and other healthcare professionals. A patient's medical journey is held together by nursing like a puzzle piece. Everywhere there is a patient in need of care and throughout the entire patient experience, nurses put out great effort to recognize and safeguard the needs of the particular patient.

What is information?

Information is an amorphous concept that refers to things with the ability to inform. At its most basic, information refers to the interpretation of what can be sensed.

Facts and text features such as a table of contents, pictures, captions, bold print, and a glossary are examples of informational text characteristics. These characteristics assist the reader in finding information, supplementing information presented in text, drawing the reader's attention to key words, and explaining what words mean.

Definition speeches, demonstration speeches, explanatory speeches, and descriptive speeches are the four types of informative speeches. A definition speech explains the meaning, theory, or philosophy of a specific topic about which the audience is likely to be unfamiliar.
