Answer: Total cost of the models the town buy = $1050

Solution:

The science museum sells dinosaurs models to the town school and town library for $105 each.

The two library buys 4 models and cost of each model $105

Total cost pay by library = 4x105 = $420

The school buys 6 models and cost of each model $105

Total cost pay by school = 6x105 = 630

We need to calculate total cost of  the models the town buys

Total cost = Cost buy library + Cost buy school

Total cost = 420+630

Total cost = $1050

Jaime reads 36 pages of her novel in three nights. If Jaime continues to read at this rate, How many nights will it take for her
Lera25 [3.4K]
Nine days. You can divide 108 by 36, to get how many times she has to read 36 pages, which is 3. Then you multiply that by 3, because she uses 3days for every 36 pages. 3x3=9

Debnil have 2 tablespoons to salt.

Step-by-step explanation:

Number of teaspoons of salt = 6

Ratio of teaspoons to tablespoons = 3:1

Let,

x be the number of tablespoon of salt for 6 teaspoons.

Ratio of teaspoons to tablespoons = 6:x

Using proportion

Ratio of teaspoons to tablespoons :: Ratio of teaspoons to tablespoons

3:1::6:x

Product of mean = Product of extreme

6*1=3*x\\6=3x\\3x=6

Dividing both sides by 3

\frac{3x}{3}=\frac{6}{3}\\x=2
