The correct answer is B because its tricky the number it starts on is 8 so the minimum is 8 the one itt ends on is 38 so the maximum would be 38 and the median would be 30 cause thats where the arrow points hope this helps! ;D

When it says in each cup, I'mg guessing it means containers... so I'll go with that! If you need 3 times as much blue for red to make purple then:

1.24 liters × 3 = 3.72 liters of blue paint per container.

If I am wrong, please go from there with the blue per container. I hope this helped!
