Hello I recently had swimmers ear for a whole month. I always tugged on my ear to make some pop sound since somehow I couldn’t h

ear well and when I moved my ear to hear a pop I could hear better. I just recently got my swimmers ear irrigation and the doctor said that my earwax trapped water behind it causing swimmers ear. After I got my ear irrigated I started hearing swooshing sounds. I don’t think I hear my heart beat I just hear swooshing sounds that sound like my breath. I’ve had these sounds for 4 days and I’m currently using antibiotic ear drops for the infection. Could this be pulsating tinnitus? It comes and goes a lot and makes me not able to sleep at night. Thank You
