1. abuse, whether mental, verbal, sexual, or physical all can effect a child to make them want to get emancipated.

2. neglectance. parents could go out and not come back for days, weeks, months at a time. or they might not spend any time with the child even if they are home, they might not feed them.

3. unsafe environment. to be a parent you need to be able to put them in a safe loving shelter, give them food, clothes, hot running water.

4. sometimes parents are just not ready to be parents, they had them to young, they are going through substance abuse, or something else that is blocking their head space to be a good parent, they could try and get help and sometimes that isn’t enough.

What are the functions of political parties?
Marina86 [1]

Functions of political parties:

 • Political parties play out a significant undertaking in government.
 • They unite individuals to accomplish 'control of the government', create policies positive to their 'interests' or the 'groups' that help them, and sort out and convince voters for electing their 'candidates' to office.
 • Even though they are especially engaged with the activity of government at all levels, political parties are not simply the whole government, and the Constitution does not even mention them.
