First, begin by converting the tip of 12% to a decimal.

.12

Now, multiply that by the total bill.

.12*143=17.16

We now know the numerical value of the tip.

Add the tip to the total bill and get your answer.

143+17.16=160.16

Answer:

This is a curve linear would show the turning points clearly.

With bar graph we can also show changes but not turnng points a sthe description shows.

Step-by-step explanation:

In the context of curve fitting, a linear curve is a curve that has a linear dependence on the curve parameters. Examples of linear curves are: lines, polynomials, so where they increase the points can also show a line of fit where least amounts would stand out below the line of fit.

PLEASE help me...Suck at math. find the following using the given triangle.
Ulleksa [173]
To find the perimeter just add the sides

5+5+6 = 16

To find the area, you need to use the following formula

area = \frac{1}{2}bh
we know b but we need to find the height. We can find the heigh by using pythagorean theorem a^2 + b^2 = c^2

height = a^2 + 3^2 = 5^2
             a^2 + 9 = 25
             a^2  = 25 - 9
             a^2 = 16
            a = \sqrt{16} = 4
            h = height = 4

area = \frac{1}{2}\times 6\times 4 = 12cm^2

Cost:

6.00 per cm^2 = 6.00 x 12 =  $72.00 dollars
