Some one please answer my question PLEASE please tell me their measurements

1. This would be shown as 11 1/4 inches. The half marks lead up to 2.5 centimeters and there are 10 centimeters in an inch so this would mean 2.5/10. 2.5/10 is 1/4.

2. 13 4/5 inches. The marks are full centimeters so you merely need to count the marks after the 13th inch until you reach the red line. This ends up being 8/10 which can be reduced to 4/5.

First problem:  I read 11 5/16 inch or slightly less.

Second problem:  That's definitely 13.8 cm
