There truly is no healthier one because both can be good and bad for a persons body. For some, unsaturated is better and for others, saturated is better. It's a matter of balancing the two. Saturated fats are "saturated" with hydrogen atoms, meaning it has the most hydrogen atoms is possibly can. However, unsaturated fats are a good way to get the fats your body needs without worrying about overdoing it (you still need to be careful though)
