Answer:

            NBr₂Cl (N,N-Dibromochloroamine)

Explanation:

Atomic Number of Nitrogen is 7, hence, it contains seven electrons and its electronic configuration is as follow,

                                       1s², 2s², 2px¹, 2py¹, 2pz¹

It can be observed that there are three unpaired electrons in Nitrogen atom hence it can make three single bonds.

Similarly,  Atomic Number of Chlorine is 17, hence, it contains seventeen electrons and its electronic configuration is as follow,

                                     1s², 2s², 2p⁶, 3s², 3px², 3py², 3pz¹

It can be observed that there is one unpaired electron in Chlorine atom hence it can make one single bond.

Also,  Atomic Number of Bromine is 35, hence, it contains thirty five electrons and its electronic configuration is as follow,

                         1s², 2s², 2p⁶, 3s², 3p⁶, 4s², 3d¹⁰, 4px², 4py², 4pz¹

It can be observed that there is one unpaired electron in Bromine atom hence it can make one single bond.

Result:

Hence, Nitrogen capable of making three bonds form three single bonds with one chlorine and two bromine atoms which have the ability to make one bond each.
