Question

I recently got c0vid and it’s my 4th day of having it. I’m just confused because I thought it was a respiratory virus but I’ve been having stomach cramps, pains, everytime i eat they occur and etc.. I don’t know how to calm it down.

The most effective cure for this is to go to a doctor. But that’ll take a while so in the mean time try eating less spicy food, i suggest not eating any cold food. And most importantly, drink warm water. Drinking lots of water and emptying out your bladder may also help with fevers.

stay away from too much sugar and eat things that are east to digest such as potato chips. also, be sure to have plenty of electrolytes. the G2 Gatorade works best for electrolytes and hydration. good luck!
