I’m not completely sure of what I’m supposed to be doing but here’s my best answer. Date: 2/17/22 Warm Up: Running. I’m not sure about the cool down part. Type of Activity: Flexibility. Description of Activity and Time: Doing Yoga, 10 minutes. Intensity Level: Moderate. Total time: 20 minutes. Like I said I wasn’t sure about the cool down part so just put whatever you want there.
