Answer:

first they let their patient talk how the feel about it and then they give them tips on how to control it. i have had one before so it is nothing to worry about. she give me the following tips...

-find something to look forward to

-find a way to get the worries out

-share your struggles with people you trust

-stop and focus on breathing

-read positive quotes

-listen to calming music

-do some yoga

-going for walks to clear you mind

some people that do have anxiety sometimes lock themselves in the house but that is not a good way to control it. by doing this, you are upsetting your mental health and soon it will be like you don't have any feelings. therapys can help this but it may take a year or 2. so if you use these tips (you don't have to, there are lots more tips on line) you will find an improvement in a week.

  3. Do not use the alcoholic drinks and nicotine and caffeine contained substances
  4. Get the proper sleep
  5. Do exercise or yoga
  6. Count till 10 silently
  7. Avoid to think about same things and try to overlook the situation.
