How would you rate the overall effectiveness of the articles of confederation

Answer:

Hope this helps :)

Explanation:

The Articles of Confederation were not very effective to the U.S governments. In the short term, it seems like a great idea, but as time went on, the flaws of the A.O.C started to show. For example, there was no established military, making it hard for the United States to defend itself as a new country. Another flaw, and one of the biggest was that there was no executive branch. Due to this congress couldn't enforce or implement their laws that they passed. Other weaknesses include, no power to collect taxes, Congress couldn't regulate trade,  approval of nine states to enact a law, and no national court system. On top of all this in order to amend or get rid of the Articles of Confederation, an unanimous vote was needed. All of this made the Articles of Confederation very weak and not beneficial to the United States. I would say overall i would rate the A.O.C a 5 out of 10. This is because it had MANY flaws, but from these flaws the United States was able to make a constitution with more appropriate guidelines for the United States.

Discuss what kind of sources you would need to have access to in order to be able to tell "I have a dream" by martin luther king
goblinko [34]

Answer:

King turns his attention to his listeners' emotions as he quotes passages from the Bible, “My Country Tis of Thee,” and a stirring Negro spiritual. It's the elegant balance between these two elements–the intellectual and the emotional; the head and the heart–that makes his speech so compelling and satisfying
