These signs are not normal that can be harmful to the drinker. There might be some side-effects or allergies that caused the abnormal behavior or skin discoloration.

Enabled behavior..they allow the alcoholic to keep doing what he does even tho they know it's harmful just to not get him in trouble..kinder..lol..so the person is an enabler
