Putting the values in the formula

d=\frac{|(2)(1)+(-1)(2)+5|}{\sqrt{(2)^2+(-1)^2}}\\d=\frac{|2-2+5|}{\sqrt{4+1}}\\d=\frac{|5|}{\sqrt{5}}\\d=\frac{5}{\sqrt{5}}\\d=2.236\ units

Rounding off will give: 2.24 units
