Answer: Low-involvement learning.

Explanation:

Low involvement learning is a term used in marketing to refer to the consumer's unconscious process of not considering a product as important to maintain attention. That is why the consumer is considered to have low participation.

However, according to the model, the consumer's cognitive process, through repetition, will undergo an attitudinal change where ultimately the consumer will be interested in the product.

Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of both covert and overt research methods.
andrew-mc [135]

Answer with Explanation:

Overt and Covert research methods are both used in observing subjects. The main difference relies on the "awareness" of the subjects/participants being studied.

In an overt research method, the subjects are aware that they are participating in the study while in a covert research method, the subjects are unaware.

The advantages of overt research method is that the participants have informed consent. So, whatever happens is not the fault of the researcher. Since the participants are aware, it becomes easier for the researcher to record events in their presence. On the contrary, it brings about some disadvantages. Since the participants know that they are being observed, they may be inclined to change their behavior. This is called the "Hawthorne Effect." This affects the validity of the outcome of the research.

The advantages of the covert research method is its more valid outcome of research. The participants are naturally behaving, which means that it is more valid as a method than the overt. It is also easier to access closed groups because they are unaware you are observing them. However, one disadvantage is the "deception" it needs to tackle as it doesn't ask informed consent from its subjects. This has always raised ethical concern, especially for people who value their privacy.

So, this explains the answer.

What types of programs or tactics would you suggest the owner institute to break the fear of baby boomers and change their attit
Delvig [45]

There are some things that the owner can do to have the boldness of the Baby Boomers change. It needs to be encouraged that climbing can be stimulating and rewarding for that generation. It also needs to be promoted to them that climbing can be a great problem solving activity, can help with cooperation, and can build self-assurance. They need to show how it is serious exercise, and you can have fun while doing it. Also, offer softer treads, and bigger climbing holds for easy grip so they won’t be as fearful. Some programs that could be offered to that generation could be training classes to practices safety, techniques, and proper footing, and after completing the training they could receive free two-week membership.
