Answer:The members of the Third estate were unhappy with the prevailing conditions because they paid all the taxes to the government. Further, they were also not entitled to any privileges enjoyed by the clergy and nobles. Taxes were imposed on every essential item

The third estate (in pre-revolutionary France) were frustrated for a lot of reasons. Here are a few:

1. They had no voice in the estates general. They were constantly outvoted by the first and second estates

2. Taxes were disorganized and often harsh.

3. The country was in an economic downturn.

In Aztec social hierarchy, people who are called "Serfs" are the ones expected to support the upper class. They belong to the lowest social class in the Aztec culture and required to do labors for the nobles. As for the Incas, "Commoners" (farmers, artisans, servants, etc.) are required to support the higher class for they do not practice slavery. Majority of Inca's population belongs to the commoner class.
