Describe how adh secretion maintains plasma osmolarity levels during dehydration and water loading
lapo4ka [179]

Antidiuretic hormone (ADH) acts on the vascular system and the urinary system to regulate solute-water content in the body. During dehydration, secreted by the posterior pituitary gland, the hormone promotes reabsorption of water from urine in the renal tubules hence decreasing plasma osmolarity.

Explain how a population of antibiotic-resistant bacteria might develop from non-resistant
vladimir2022 [97]

Answer:

More exposure causes mutation in bacteria.

Explanation:

More exposure to the antibiotic by non-resistant  bacteria causes change in its structure against the environment and as a result of that change the bacteria get resistance against that antibiotic. No, farmers should not be allowed to put low doses of antibiotics in  animal feed because it has no effect on the antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The farmer should use another antibiotic on the antibiotic-resistant bacteria which they have no resistance.
