Case Study - in depth information about a case. This is the one I like to use when I get a new challenge to study. We utilize in depth descriptive info. The info will then be collected (sometimes you want more than one observer to see how each person sees or views the information. The results are then presented in a narrative format. It literally tells a story of their life. Usually, there will be a hypotheses, and then questions to answer in your study. Mainly, is this way of research valid and reliable?
