Answer:

Explanation:

Thermal stability is the tendency to not break down when exposed to heat. A more negative enthalpy of formation will correlate with more stable products. Therefore, the more negative the enthalpy of formation is for a substance, the greater its thermal stability.

Hope it helps you!

Why don’t these gases tend to form chemical bonds?
erik [133]

If you’re talking about noble gases, the answer would be A. Since noble gases already have 8 electrons, they don’t tend to form chemical bonds. And elements need just 8 electrons on there shells to be stable.

Which type of reaction is the Haber process: N2(g) + 3 H2(g) → 2 NH3(g) + heat? *
Alik [6]

Answer:

exothermic, with a decrease in entropy

Explanation:

Whenever you produce heat as a product in a reaction, the reaction is exothermic. To determine entropy, we know we have 4 moles of gas on reactant (1 from N2 and 3 from H2) and in produce side we only have two moles (2 from NH3) thus since we are decreasing the number of gas molecules, there is going to be less disorder, hence decrease in entropy.

Why is the sun yellow?
ANEK [815]

Answer:

The sun is not yellow.

Explanation:

sun can look yellow or red whenever we see the sunlight at sunrise or sunset, when it becomes low on the horizon. That's only how the wavelengths of the low frequency (green , blue, magenta) are dispersed across the planet's crust, just as the tiny waves are distributed along the sea by huge rocks.
