The reason that no alcohol is considered safe during pregnancy is because of the risk of fetal alcohol syndrome. Fetal alcohol syndrome occurs when the pregnant mother drinks excessive amounts of alcohol. The alcohol passes through the placenta and into the baby's blood stream.

I would do my research to build up support for my point. When taking this concern to them, you need to make it seem like a dire situation, because it is. You need to make your friend feel the same amount, if not then more concern about their consumption of alcohol.

Write a paragraph explaining how someone could improve their cardiovascular endurance. Include realistic goals, types of exercis
solmaris [256]

Answer:

The best exercises for improving cardiovascular endurance are activities that elevate your heart rate and keep it elevated for a sustained period of time. According to the American College of Sports Medicine, these activities include fast-paced walking, running, cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, jumping rope and in-line skating. By elevating your heart rate with exercise, you strengthen your heart, improve blood flow, burn fat and improve your body's ability to deliver oxygen and energy to working muscles. These are the hallmarks of cardiovascular endurance.

As a physician, you receive a urinalysis report on your patient with the following information: SG 1.014; Proteins negative; Glu
REY [17]

Answer:

Read report below, please.

Explanation:

Dear patient,

According to the report of the urine analysis received, some aspects would have to be reviewed. Glucosuria, ketoneuria and positive nitrites are observed in the urine sample.

In the first place, the presence of glucose in urine (glycosuria) means an increase in the level of glucose filtered by the kidneys, the blood level (blood glucose) should be checked and / or glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1c) should be measured. With respect to ketoneuria (presence of ketones in urine), it may be due to a prolonged fast (greater than 8 hours) or a diabetic ketoacidosis, where fats are used as a source of energy, due to a shortage of insulin that regulates glucose for be used for that purpose.

As for the positive nitrites in urine, they could be showing an infection in the urinary tract.

Preventively, I would recommend that you go through the office to perform a treatment and repeat the studies.

Thank you,

Dr X.
